Corrections

If a credit-union name, financial ratio, health score, ranking, membership count, or derived figure on PlainCU looks wrong, report it with enough detail to reproduce the page and compare it with the NCUA Call Report source. The same process is documented in our editorial and corrections policy.

How to report

  1. Report. Email hello@plaincu.com or use the contact page with the page URL, the figure that looks off, and what you think it should be.
  2. Source. Include a link to the NCUA Call Report extract, Financial Performance Report, or other official source you think we should match.
  3. Scope. Say whether the issue is a raw Call Report field, a derived health score or ranking, or a stale vintage badge.

What happens next

We verify reports against the published NCUA source and correct confirmed issues in the canonical database or pipeline so affected pages update together. Material fixes are noted on the public data changelog. PlainCU is an informational credit-union data directory, not a financial adviser, rating agency, or NCUA examiner.

When the figure is correct on our side but the upstream Call Report is stale or later revised by NCUA, we will say so and point you to the official record. Institutions that need to change a filed figure must correct it through NCUA's reporting channels; we mirror the public file and cannot rewrite a credit union's government filing on its behalf.
